A visual language for a curriculum to take Bentley Service Advisors to the next level.
As part of a commission to create a training curriculum for Bentley Service Advisors to new levels of competence and ability, a whole slew of materials were needed.
My contribution to this
My role in this was to create a host of assets – e-learning, infographics, videos, podcasts, virtual classrooms and face-to-face training materials – to be produced and shared among the various trainers and other developers.
The conceptual work covered ideas around digital delivery tools (looking to smart watch platforms to deliver hyper-local micro~learning content and track performance and feedback) through to a ‘snakes and ladders’ board game (manufactured as a short~run of bespoke sets for global distribution.)
The images are selection of the materials showing the exploration of Bentley’s brand identity into these specific requirements (basically all the kinds of executions the brand manuals never cover ;)
