Recruitment consultancy start~up identity.
Project Overview
Was approached by an entrepreneur looking to found a super-specialised recruitment consultancy, with an angle on a particular skill in not being like the typical agent in the sector ~ and so needing an ident to project that distinction.
Their favourite (lucky?) number happened to be 19 and there's a whole backstory to that :)
My contribution to this
Interviewing the founder, turned out there was an amazing story around working with companies not looking for recruiting agents ~ but desperate for the right staff and not finding them... enter One&Nine.
I wrote~up a quick positioning strategy to capture it, then a series of marketing / positioning lines to kick~start the launch marcomms, plus a bespoke ident (wordmark and colophon) featuring the lime and black livery.
